Healthy Sunday Grilling
Not much beats grilling on a summer Sunday. Today we had tilapia and wild Alaskan salmon (the Kirkland brand at Costco is my favorite). We change up the marinades, but always try to keep it healthy. The tilapia was marinaded in Ken’s light Italian dressing and the salmon in Trader Joe’s Soyaki. So we’ve moved into this house with inviting walls begging for art! I’m finally getting around to hanging these beautiful works by Charla Wilkerson that I found at the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
