These sizable bracelets feature 12 stardust, hand-etched beads embellished with clear crystals. Available in 14k gold, 18k rose gold and sterling silver overlay. I created journal bracelets as a beautiful way to be mindful. I think mindfulness is especially needed during the hectic holidays. Use your bracelets to count daily glasses of water, fruit and vegetable servings, weekly pounds (lost or gained), diet points at a holiday party or more spiritual things such as daily moments of gratitude. Just slide the beads to count your daily or weekly goal. Beads on the patented bracelet stay in place unless moved by you. Wear them with anything, from workout wear to cocktail attire.
As you can see from the image below, the Crystal Collection beads are slightly larger than my other styles and layer beautifully with the classic Count Me Healthy bracelets.
