Making the most of every minute is key when balancing work, family, leisure and workouts. Efficiency drives commitment, which then creates positive habits. Clear your path of any deterrents that will take away from the “me” time you have penciled in for the gym. One of these deterrents is trying to find something to wear.
No one wants to go to the gym looking disheveled. Part of why we work out is to feel good about ourselves. I’m not saying layer on makeup and false lashes, but put something on that makes you feel sleek and together.
The best way to do this is to buy neutral. Purchase shirts, tanks, yoga pants, shorts & sports bras that are black, gray and white. If you find a brand of pants or tops that you really like, buy 2-3 of that kind. Then you won’t be digging around in your drawer for your only neutral tank to go with your neon pink and orange leggings. You can mix and match them and be out the door in no time. To add some color, pop with your yoga mat, jewelry, tank ribbing, or shoes.
