So we’ve all heard of the Angel on your shoulder. She whispers in your ear to do the right thing. Well, I was unpacking my belongings into our new house and came across our Christmas ornaments. I found a little angel and thought, she could be the angel on my wine cabinet…whispering to me that I just spent an hour in the gym and I don’t need that Pinot Noir tonight. The concept is pretty similar to why I created Count Me healthy bracelets. Pretty reminders. I might put an angel ornament on the cabinet where my dark chocolate stash and sweets are housed too! – CC
